Rodney Jones is a former boxing champion whose glorious past is now a distant memory. After witnessing the death of his trainer and mentor, he finds himself working as a bouncer in a New Orleans nightclub, struggling to find a new purpose in life. Everything changes when Yuri, a powerful Russian gangster, hires him for a dangerous mission: to bring down his business partner’s son-in-law — a respected real estate mogul in the Orthodox Jewish community — through a compromising tape. To carry out the plan, Rodney teams up with Nic, a tough-as-nails lesbian photographer, and an aspiring young starlet. What seems like a simple dirty job quickly spirals into a web of deception, violence and unforeseen consequences, dragging all involved into a vortex from which escape may prove impossible.
